How To Stop Cravings

Are all your dieting efforts sabotaged by cravings? Do you just want to eat a healthy balanced diet but crave certain foods? Do you crave certain chemicals but don’t understand why? Do you feel out of control and angry with yourself?

Well stop beating yourself up. It could be that you have allergies, sensitivities or intolerances. And those allergies could be creating a whole lot of symptoms that you would never associate with allergies.

We are addicted to what we are allergic to.

We crave food and substances because we are addicted to them. Allergies, sensitivities and intolerances cause addiction.

Can Healthy Food Make Us Fat?Have you tried to lose weight so many times but always seem to fail? Been on every diet there is but just can’t seem to stick to them? Some signs that you could have food allergies are:

  • Feeling bloated after a normal sized meal.
  • Mood being affected by certain foods.
  • Not being able to shift that last 5 to 15 pounds.
  • Wanting and eating the same types of food every day.
  • Indigestion, heartburn, wind/gas or acid reflux problems.
  • Swollen hands, feet or ankles, puffy face or a double chin.
